So this might be evidence of time travel. 1991 Heritage Cherry with gorgeous Rosewood and very clean frets. First year with the large pickguard. So incredibly clean, even the hardware looks pristine. This is from back in the days of the single-piece body, too. The only cosmetic issues I can find are some light pick marks on the pickguard and the tips of the headstock look to have some clearcoat rubbed off. Other than a small area on the back with a few marks it looks new. My guess it was played for a short time and other than that, taken in and out of a case or bag because I don’t see actual playwear on the body or the neck and frets other than the guard. I took the guitar outside and you can see in the light, just so clean. Anyway, it is original. I even have the paperwork that came from the dealer. The guitar comes with a Gibson soft case, but I would recommend getting a Gibson SG hardcase for this beauty. It will continue to go up in value. I am taking the case into account and discounting accordingly. So if you buy this, buy a proper case! Pinkie promise?
